The European Union, through Spain and France, has focused on supporting the health services in first aid. Israel has sent a variety of supplies for emergencies and a contingent of 67 volunteer doctors from the emergency and protection team, and Qatar has sent 4 freighters with various supplies, including a 1,000-bed hospital and more than 100 military health professionals.

The French medical post has the capacity to treat 250 seriously injured, emergency medical supplies and kits, personal protective equipment and tents equipped with kitchen kits. The United States of America has sent a team of experts to determine the necessary help on the spot and to contribute to the investigation of the incident.
